In an earlier posting you learned about a paperback vending machine in Europe in a train station. Contra Costa Co. library system takes this further with a library book vending machine at a Bart station. Really! Scan your library card, select a title, and you got it! AND you can return it to the same "branch".
If we could take this idea and improve on it with a machine that also delivers holds, then we can have a serious conversation about the branches.

I dunno. It sounds like it still might be bigger than College Terrace.
It might be! That means it would be easy to just plop one down on the existing site.
