Now This is Hot!

In March the Public Library Association (PLA) will hold its conference in Minneapolis, MN. Most of you are not going (Minneapolis in March? No thanks!). BUT you could attend virtually! The PLA Conferences are full of interesting and educational information specifically for our profession. They cover everything from managing a major project to working with challenging customers, from serving the elderly to storytimes for babies. You might want to check with your supervisor about "attending" some of the sessions while not leaving the building.

Meanwhile, I will be attending in Minneapolis (in March!), and I will take my lap top and blog about my experiences. Anita will go as well, so we are covered in "live" attendees.
