Enjoyed this article. I think we can implement many of these ideas. I agree with the section on "Putting the Personal Into Reference". There is a certain impersonality to our publications and webpage. Let's examine instant messaging as a reference tool, and I liked the suggestion of IM-ing internally before being 'unleashed on end users'. Lots of good stuff that we can start doing today! If we all work on this together I'm certain it will become second nature very quickly.
