A customer who checked out at Downtown and renewed by phone has her item coming up due during our closure. What's up with that?
The due date is based on the calendar of the cko location, so that shouldn't have happened, but I think there is a bug in Horizon so that customers who use Telecirc to renew items, may not have the next due date calculated by the original cko location, which would explain this. Hopefully it won't be too widespread an issue.
